I have a new joystick!
I was using a round car gear shift. I am not entirely sure how, but it became loose and started to spin occasionally. Yes, the spin affected steering. Not fun. Down right dangerous on my van’s wheelchair ramp.
I had been eyeing this joystick for a few months. It is the dome with a pink goal post from Granted Engineering on Etsy.
I get weak at times and wanted the goal post feature to have a more secure grip. I can fit my hand between the posts or hold it airplane gear style.
It did require a very strong hand to put it on. There is a stretchable insert for a tight post fit. Afterward, my son needed to bend my controller back in place.
